Free Standard Shipping!

We are excited to offer you FREE ground shipping within the United States. If you qualify, select the free delivery (up to 12 business days) option at checkout.

This offer is valid only for orders shipped to addresses within the United States. The free shipping option is not valid for international orders or wholesale accounts.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and payment for your order. 

Order Shipment

Orders usually ship within 7 days from the purchase date. In most circumstances, your order will ship sooner than that, however, due to varying order volumes at different times of the year, it may take a longer or shorter amount of time. Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage please contact us immediately at hellobeautiful@ladybugpotions.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and replace the damaged goods.
